Cowgirl Up!

YEEHAW!  This week at The Kraft Journal we want to see some "Western Flair".  This is Sydney and she's a rodeo girl and maybe a deputy too from the looks of all those stars.  :-)
My card base was cut from Light Kraft Cover Weight cardstock.  I've used papers from Cosmo Cricket's "Wanted" collection.  The second DP mat is framed in Earthy Hemp Cord.  The small red mat behind the image was stitched and I added the sentiment and two Natural Twill Tape tabs with brads to it.  My image was colored with Copics and framed with a another digital stamp image popped up on foam.  I wrapped each corner with more of the Earthy Hemp cord.  The fish tail panel was cut from more Light Kraft and textured using a leather texture plate.  It was then lightly inked, stitched, and had brads added.  The star was created from two pieces of Chipboard which were glued together and then covered in gold embossing powder.  I then used a paper piercer to add the dots around the edges.  The base card, sentiment, and leather panel were all inked with Vintage Photo Distress ink and I inked the images edges with Frayed Burlap.  A little gold gel pen on her stars and cowgirl's ready to ride!
This is a really fun challenge and I hope you'll dig in your stash and see what you've got with a "Western Flair" so you can play along this week.  Make sure you use kraft paper or some products from Kraft Outlet to be eligible for a Top Spot and the monthly drawing.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Make It Monday--anything goes
Digi Designs--emboss it anyway you want
Annabelle Stamps--say it with twine

     Happy Monday!
