My hubby came in, looked at this card and wanted to know if these were Mr. Popper's penguins. LOL They look like they're getting into as much trouble so I'm calling them Poppers. Their actual name is Christmas Penguins and they are from Stamping Bella's latest release.
For my card I used last weeks inspirational photo and gave the Poppers a pastel forest of trees.
I created some snowy hills for them and used a triple cut of the Simon Says Merry Christmas die embossed in gold for the sentiment. Whew! That tiny dot for the "i" was tough, but I got it embossed too. I then added some sequins for a little Christmas sparkle.
Copics Used:
Penguins N3, N5, N7, N9, Y35, Y38, YR21, YR61, BG0000, BV20, BV23
bow R27, R37, R39
bells Y28
I think these guys are so cute and penguins have become a hot item for Christmas. We'd love to have you play along with the challenge. Next week's theme is this great sketch.
Just use something from Stamping Bella currently in stock in the shiny new store and email it to Emily by next Thursday. Your project will be showcased on Blogabella along with what the Bellababes have created and you just might win the $50.00 monthly Bellabucks drawing.
