Whoot and holler

The challenge this week at The Kraft Journal is "Graduation Celebration".  I won this cool Bugaboo Stamp a few weeks back and it's just perfect for the theme.  I started my card with a base of Light Kraft Cover Weight cardstock.  then I added a mat of black and a mat of Kraft and Black cardstock pad.  This is a new 6 x 6 paper pad being carried in the Specialty Papers section at Kraft Outlet.  The papers are a really nice thickness and there are lots of patterns in the pad.
Next I added a panel of black across the center of the card wrapped with Black Bakers Twine.  The image was colored with Copics and the sentiment is computer generated and printed out on more of the Light Kraft.
This card went to my nephew in Arizona, the last of my sister-in-laws boys to graduate.  Bet most of you  know a graduate this year too.  We'd love to see your creations so come play along.
     Happy Monday!

  13. I'm in denial. I'll have one next year. He just celebrated his 17th birthday and when he got home I had the entire house decorated with first birthday EVERYTHING!! Hahaha, is that wrong? Next year he'll be celebrating his terrible twos. ;)

    Excellent graduation card H.
