I've started my card with a base of Light Kraft Cover Weight cardstock. Blue Bazzill and some patriotic papers create the background for my image. There are a few other touches of the Light kraft sprinkled about the card. The stars were double cut from chipboard, layered, gessoed, and covered with Crackle Paint. After they dried I rubbed in some Weathered Wood Distress ink to help them match the paper. I used some Dark Jewel Hemp cord to wrap each of the stars. Across the center of the card I've tied some Natural Hemp cord. The buttons are "stitched' with Hang Tag String.
Hope to see your project in the link up. :-)
