I chose to use the wormy apple. LOL He's a sweet worm, not a icky one. :-) It's hard to see in the picture, but I've popped Mr. Worm and the stem/leaves up on foam for some dimension. I've used classic red and black school colors to mat my kraft paper base for this matchbook post it note holder. This release coincides with our new challenge at the ADFD blog which is "Break out the school supplies." Besides the post it notes on the inside, I've decorated the outside with a handmade sheet of paper and added a paper clip. Here's a pic of the inside. You could write a chalkboard style note on the inside top cover for fun. :-)
Hop on over to the ADFD blog and snag the freebie Tammy will offer if you don't have one of her school themed images and play along with the new challenge.I'd like to enter this project in to the following challenges:

ReplyDeleteLove this card. You are such inspiration to me, Tracy! I love coming to your blog & seeing one amazing card after another. Blows me away how you can create so much in such a small amount of time.
ReplyDeleteOn a different note.........This was a crazy week for me. Hubby had an accident with my '05 Camry that I had since it was new. He's okay but the car isn't. So sad to see my "baby" gone. It only had 40,000 miles on it. Oh well........in the grand scheme of things it's only a car. I had a day of boo hoo-ing & now the search is on for a replacement. Not a "fun" process when we don't even know what the insurance is going to give us. PTL the accident wasn't his fault & he wasn't injured too badly. Just bumps & bruises......Poor guy.
Have a wonderful holiday weekend.
Huggies & Sweet Blessings coming your way ~
