I am just crazy about these Stamping Bella Uptown Girls. This is "Lolly and her Brolly". My card was made for this week challenge at the Catered Crop. Can you guess what the theme is? LOL PINK! Our sponsor for this challenge is Lilly Belle's Paperie. My buddy Dorcas just posted what our wonderful Linda McClain had to say about Lilly Belle's and I think I'll take a page from her book and do the same. She says it so well. :-)
Shopping at Lilly Belle's Paperie and Textiles is like shopping in a up-town boutique, but with low-down prices. Laura Evangeline has curated some fabulous hard-to-find papers, textiles and embellishments in her Etsy shop and she's organized them all beautifully by color. So, yes, you can pick up all the pink you need for our challenge right here. "Like" her on Facebook for updates and specials too.
One randomly chosen player will win a $25.00 gift certificate. And, EVERYONE (Yes, I'm Shouting) is a winner for this challenge.
Laura is offering you all a 15% discount in her shop, valid only until our challenge ends, September 15. Oh, be still my heart!
You can hop over to the Catered Crop to pick up the coupon code. I can tell you that her cardstock papers are wonderful. They are a wonderful thickness and she has matching envelopes in different sizes. I didn't use one with my card cause I made my standard 5.5 x 5.5. However I did use the cardstock for all of my card except the Copic paper I colored the image on. The Baker's Twine, ribbon, and that fun fabric flower also came from Lilly Belle's. It's hard to tell in the photo, but I used my MS Scoreboard to pleat the deep pink band across the center of the card and then I cut pieces of black cardstock to fit in the pleats. The black makes it hard to see the dimension.
Hope you'll come play in our fun "Pink" challenge. It will get you in good practice for October. :-)

Adorable card, Tracy! The image is absolutely sweet - I like her rubber boots :o) It's nice how you've added all those dots on her cute coat and the umbrella which goes perfectly with the paper. Clever idea with those paper pleats, too. And pink in combination with black and white definitely rocks.
