Well, this is my last Valentine card make this year. I know I'm dating myself, but one of my favorite cartoons as a kid was Bugs Bunny It was actually a collection of characters including one that looked a lot like this fellow. Pepe Lepew was the ultimate Don Juan This image is one of several included in the clear stamps Art Impressions stamp set In the Air.
This card will be going to a dear friend who collects skunks. She has hundreds of these stinky little critters. For the background I stamped a piece of vellum with small hearts and embossed in white so it wouldn't be so plain. The sentiment is also embossed.
Copics Used:
skunk NI, N3, N5, N7, R20, R30
balloon R32, R35, R37, R43, RV13, RV14
blue shading and a little other shading done with Prismacolor pencils
I'd like to enter this card into the Sketch Saturday challenge. Here's their sketch.

ReplyDeleteA lovely fun card and perfect for your friend as she loves these critters. How did you get your vellum to lay flat? after I've embossed mine it's usually wavy at the corners. A fab job, hope you enjoy your day.
