When I grow up

Well, I've discovered that circle cards are tough for me.  Guess I'm just a square kinda girl.  :-)  But, our challenge this week at Mo's Digital Pencil is "Circle Cards" so here it is.  I definitely need some practice with sewing a circle.  LOL
The image is called "Big Shoes" and can be found in the Mo's Digital Pencil store with tons of other cuties.
So all of you who are much better at making circle cards than me, break out all your cool tools for making circles, grab a Mo image, and come join in the fun!
Mo offers a $5.00 gift certificate for every 25 entries.  Who know, you just might be a winner and then comes the hard task of deciding WHICH images to choose.  :-)  Mo's characters are all so much fun.  It will be a hard choice.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp--CAS
Everybody-Art-Challenge--purple and blue
Ladybug Crafts--anything but sqaure
Sassy Cheryl's--don't be square
Top Tip Tuesday--CAS
Kaboodles Doodles--CAS
Totally Stampalicious--CAS
Pile It On--CAS

     Happy Thursday!

  • Paper:  My Mind's Eye "So Sophie--Graceful ", Bazzill, Copic XPress-it Blending card
  • Stamp:  Mo's Digital pencil "Big Shoes", Studio G sentiment
  • Ink:  Copics
  • Tools:  Nestabilities Standard Circles and Classic Scalloped Circles, sewing machine

This is fab, I struggle with circle cards as well, and sewing a circle is definitely a difficult thing to do.....

I love circle cards, but I have a hard time with them, too. Don't have the big round dies that would make them a bit easier. :) I think yours is fabulous. Love the scallops and love the easel design. The image is so darn cute, too, and of course your coloring is beautiful!

What a totaly precious card! you don't need practice with your sewing.. the fun part about craft sewing on paper is that it is never perfect. sometimes I like them better when they have litte oopses... is that a word:)
your coloring is stellar. I love every amazing detail!
Thanks for joining us for the Sassy Cheryl - don't be square - challenge this week!

This is so cute Tracy! You are braver than me... I've never even tried a circle card! I do try sewing circles sometimes though and it is always hard! I find that if I set the stitch length shorter than my normal then it seems to work better. I love the purples on this card! Your colouring is gorgeous as always!
