SugarPea Designs/Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop

     For my project I have used the Hug-a-Bull stamp set and broke out my Prismacolor pencils.  The Mini Perfect Layers tool made matting all the panels super easy and quick.  It's a breeze to use.
