Puppy Wuv


     Wow, it's October already!  I have another Art Impressions Zoo Babies stamp to share with you.  Now I've never seen too many dogs in the zoo so we'll pretend that he's a wild dog pup.  The stamp and sentiment are from the "Wuff Set".
     For my card I started by creating a panel for the image by using a Heidi Swapp stencil and some modeling paste which I dusted with fine glitter.  I die cut the circle and hearts and popped the fussy cut pooch up on top.  You can't see it but his bow is all sparkly with Wink of Stella glitter pen.  A few sequins for a little more sparkle and he was set.  Oh and after I colored the pooch I used a terry cloth towel and some Colorless Blending solution to give him the "furry" look.

  1. He is adorable Tracy! I just learned about the blending solution & terry cloth the other day but have not been able to find a bottle of blending solution....will have to wait till I go to Arizona I guess!

  6. Absolutely adorable Tracy! I must look up that texture/furry technique & have a go, likewise with the stencils too, hadn't thought of that! Time to get the dreamweaver out & play :-)
