Not enough snow the other day to make a snowman so this paper one will have to do. He's part of Art Impressions Sparkle and Cheer set. I also used the snowflakes from the Ugly Sweater and Merriest sets.
For the background I stamped and heat embossed the snowflakes. Then I took some watered down white acrylic paint and added splatters. Mr. Snowman was fussy cut and popped up on foam.
