Papercraft Star Challenge #14

Time for another challenge at Papercraft Star and this week's challenge was a Simon Says recipe. This card was really simple to make. We were to score the mat 5 times at 1/4" intervals so I decided to do that in two different directions. Next, I embossed all that white space with an embossing folder. I inked and stacked punched flowers and added button centers along with some leaves made from a Fred, She Said Designs digital image set. Last but not least is some wrapped hemp cording with a little charm and a handwritten sentiment.

Supplies

Papers: Bazzill, Great White cardstock
Stamp: leaves from Fred, She Said Designs Dahlia's digital stamp set
Inks+: Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade, Dried Marigold, and Peeled paint Distress Inks
Tools: EK Success daisy punches, Scor-pal, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder
Miscellaneous: buttons, twine, charm

Submissions can be made through 12:00 p.m. EST Saturday at the Papercraft Star blog. We've had some great giveaways for our followers and Facebook peeps and we've got tons of awesome prizes lined up for the upcoming challenges. This week's prize sponsor is Sunnygrls Fun Shoppe! Don't forget to come back after the submissions are closed and cast your votes for your favorites.
Have a great weekend!

Hi dear Tracy, just drop you a line, my measurement on the crepe paper doily should be 28cm x 3cm instead of 6cm. Just in case you do give a shot. I've updated my post as well. Sorry about that!

Hugs
Lily

P.s. Your twine looks so charming! A perfect touch!
