Papercraft Star Challenge #18

Our Papercraft Star challenge this week is a "Thank You" theme combined with a recipe.  For my design team card I've used a Sarah Kay coloring page image I found on the internet and used my watercolour pencils to color it.  The card design in an old Mojo Monday sketch..  For the recipe we needed to do some dry embossing so I used a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder on the Kraft card section of the card.  Next in the recipe was a Cricut or other die cut so I used a Labels Nestie for the little tab under the image.  The last ingredient was some metal.  I used some flocked brads but since you really can't see the metal I added a little gold butterfly charm too.

This weeks sponsor is The Scrapbooking Cottage and the prize is a $15.00 gift certificate!  They have all kinds of goodies including stamps and a lot of the most popular paper lines like Basic Grey, Bo Bunny, and My Mind's Eye.
Play along this week for one entry into the drawing for this months GRAND PRIZE by having your creation linked by 12:00 noon Saturday.  Then it's voting time!
Happy Friday!

Very sweet Tracy. I am going to try and make one of those light boxes. I tried years ago when I was first starting my blog and made a mess of it. Maybe now it will turn out better. ;)
Hugs,
Heather
