Papercraft Star Challenge #20
This weeks Simon Says Recipe at Papercraft Star called for some matting and layering as well as ribbon, buttons and punch or die cuts.
Some of the members of our Design Team are being sponsored this month by Kraft Outlet. Kraft Outlet is owned by Babette Switzer and she stocks a variety of kraft paper products plus some other cool crafting products. Go give it a look and you'll be glad you did. Her products are great quality and we'll be showing some more of them for the next few weeks.
For my card I used a House Mouse stamp of Mudpie and Muzzy popping corn over a birthday cake. My card base and the mat for my image is made of kraft cardstock from Kraft Outlet. The designer papers are some sweet Prima Jack and Jill that I won a while back. I punched out the flower and then inked it with distress inks and added microbeads to the center. I added some twine and three buttons along with a computer generated sentiment. Lastly I added some faux stitching with a white gel pen.
The link is open for submissions through 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 6th. Then voting opens.
have a great day!
