Digi Doodle Shop's Best Challenge #45

Our challenge this week at Digi Doodle Shop's Best is Valentines.  I've used the "Basket Full of Love" image from the Digi Doodle Shop store and colored it with Copic markers.  I was really, I mean really happy with how the basket came out.  LOL  it surprised me cause I'm really terrible with shading and how to figure out the light source stuff.  I know it's not perfect but I'm happy with it.  The papers are some old Cosmo Cricket Chemistry papers I won in a scrapping contest at my local scrapbooking store I think back in 2009?  This is the first time I've used them and I really liked them once I started making this card.  The heart was cut from the papers, matted on chipboard, and covered in about three coats or more of UTEE.  I kept losing hold of it while melting the UTEE or sticking my finger in it, so I'm not really sure how many coats are on there.  LOL
Don't forget my blogaversary candy is open until Valentines Day.  Click on the link on the sidebar to go to the post for the details.
     Thanks for popping in!

Very cute card, Tracy! Love that basket of hearts image. You did an awesome job at the coloring. Love the paper layering and arrangement, too, and that UTEE'd heart is adorable.
