The Kraft Journal Challenge #11

Don't know about where you live, but spring has definitely sprung around here.  My azaleas are blooming and my dark green car has a nice yellow pollen coating.  Not sure if that has anything to do with why I've been so sick the past week, but I'm sure it doesn't help.  It's still got me pretty whipped down, but I'm not giving up!
Beth has given us a challenge of "Oh Baby It's Spring" this week at The Kraft Journal.  Now that's a pretty broad challenge so I'm sure we're going to see quite a range of projects this week.
For my card I have used another A Day For Daisies image.  Can you guys tell I really like these digis?  The card is layered with Bazzill, Buff Ivory Cover Weight cardstock, Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock, a little bit of Prima paper and my image.  The Brown Kraft was run through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and then I used some Stazon Opaque in white to "dust" the dots.  I don't usually do zigzag stitching, but I decided to give it a go on this card.  The image was colored with Copics.  I think the reason I like these digis so much is because you can get such a soft image.  The Round Metal Edge Grungy Prim tag was stamped with a Papertrey ink sentiment.  Add a few pearls, some ribbon, and of course flowers and you've got a sweet spring card.
You have until 6:00 p.m. EST on Sunday to link up your creation at The Kraft Journal.  Up for grabs is a chance at the March $15.00 store voucher to Kraft Outlet as well as a possible Top Three or Feature Me Friday spot, so link 'em up!

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenge:

The Outlawz--Mother's Day or spring

And another beauty Tracy! You should try more of that zigzag stitching, looks gorgeous! Wow, your azaleas are already in bloom? That will take a couple of weeks before they will do so over here I guess, although today was really spring! Thanks for sharing this lovely card, have a great day, hugs, Ira
