Teacup Pansies

     As you can see I'm still in purple mode.  Not sure why, just goin' with it. {grin}
     The image is from Fred, She Said Designs and I've colored it with Copic markers.  I'm using a sketch from Mojo Monday.  Did some more machine sewing and used that little template trick I told you about several posts back for making the faux stitching around the image.  Tons of layers on here.  Whew!  Hope you like it.
     I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:

Mojo Monday--sketch
Claudia & Company--recipe:  Stitching (real or faux), 2 patterned papers, buttons, a sentiment, circles, scallops
Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge--sewing/real or faux
Tuesday Throwdown--use your scraps (the only full piece of paper used was the card base)
Bunny Zoe's--spring flowers
Do You Stack Up--layers

     Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, Tracy, those little pansies are so pretty! Nice job! I love how you left the cup white with just the touch of color! All your layers frame it in perfectly!! Are you familiar with Debbie Olson's work? I thought now that you're seriously into copics, she might be a good resource. Beautiful!!

Wow, you combined two of my favorite things in one card! Teacups and teapots, and pansies... my all time best loved spring flower. I love this card!

Awesome! I'm so glad to see you using purple; those are the colors I won and I need to purchase several more for blending. I wasn't sure which ones to get. Great inspiration.
