A little disco with my ballet please

How do you like that sentiment!  LOL  Have I got you singing again?  I'll go ahead and apologize to those of you who said I'd gotten them dizzy with my last tune.  :-)  Sad thing is some of you youngsters who visit here won't even recognize those words as part of a set of lyrics to a BeeGees song.  I started to type out what they say before these words but I couldn't translate it into anything typeable.  LOL  I just hope the sentiment makes you smile.  :-)
I seem to be crafting in patterns lately.  Lots of CAS in a a row and lots of pink.  :-)  It was time for me to showcase another cutie from Whimsy and Stars Studio and I was chomping at the bit to color up this precious little "Ballerina Teddy".  You can find her right here in the Whimsy and Stars store if you'd like to color her up too.  Make sure you check back here Thursday.  Besides my usual Mo's card, (I can't wait to share this one with you.  I was so happy with how it turned out!) I'll have another W&SS card to share plus some news about a freebie and new releases from Mabelle.
Obviously there's lots of pink on this card.  I just love this pink gingham patterned paper from Michael's. I paired it up with some Bazzill called "Piglet", LOL, and my favorite Light Kraft.  The postage stamp frame was cut from chipboard and covered in Picket Fence Crackle paint.  After I colored the little dancer I added some white gel pen dots to her tutu on a couple of tiers and Stickles to the others.  I printed out both her crown and the star on her wand separately.  The crown was embossed with gold embossing powder and the star was colored with Copics and coated with yellow Stickles.  I got a bit carried away with the gel pen and added dots to the photo corners and the pink panel under the fishtail banner.
I'm behind on getting around to visit you all again, but hope to get to that tonight after visiting a church member who's in the hospital.  As you all know summer seems to bring on business beyond measure.  :-)
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Make It Monday--anything goes
Ooh La La Creations--make it girly
Tammy's Scrappin Corner--for the girls

Sweet Sketch Sunday--sketch
Crop Stop--pretty pearls

Only you could combine such a tender image with the Bee Gees!! Again, such masterful detail put into all of your creations Tracy. I could spend forever just admiring every little tiny detail.

I do hope your friend in the hospital will be okay and I can't wait to see what other masterpieces you have up your sleeve. Perhaps some Gloria Gaynor or Marvin Gaye on the next go around? Haha. :)
Hugs to you H,
T
