As stated in my earlier post I have sadly resigned from the A Day For Daisies team. I have so enjoyed working with Tammy's images, but I just cannot keep up the pace of so many DT's. I will be posting my last project for another team this month also. Sad times, but I feel the need to get out from under some of the pressure to design weekly so I don't totally lose my desire to craft. Maybe I will be able to find a few spare minutes here and there to make some more "extra" cards.

I don't like to use the word "cheated." I prefer the term "tutorially casing" myself..LOL. What a hoot that you totally lost yourself in this card and forgot the mission...hahahaha..I love it! It's a truly fabulous rare 'extra' and your shading is way over the top! Definitely, at least from my keen perspective (pfft) looks outstanding! I love the partial stitching too.
I'm so glad to hear that you're being reasonable with yourself and making sure you keep the love of crafting alive. No worse feeling than burn out. I know they'll miss you, but completely understand.

This card is spectacular! Your shading is just gorgeous...her gown is so flowy (that's a technical term). Superb layering and contrast. Lovely little details like the stitching here and there. Lucky us...a bonus card.

Totally, absolutely fabulous, Tracy!!!! Unbelievable coloring... and the card as a whole is amazing. I understand your time commitment problems. When I retired I knew I didn't want to take on too much and ruin the freedom of creating... am really thankful I followed through with that plan although every now and then there is that part of me that raises up and says "go ahead and say yes to that offer". Saying no is not always simple, but for me, necessary.
Would love to meet up in TN and shop at Scrapbook Superstore with you. I think we may go first part of Dec. Will you still be there? You'll love all the Sizzix, and stamps and Prima stuff. LOVE THAT STORE!!!

Well this "extra card" is GORGEOUS, Tracy! Oh my goodness........your coloring is so beautiful! Love it! Your card elements are just so beautifully done but don't detract from that gorgeous focal image.
I'm sending you some extra big ((((HUGGIES)))). You've made some not-so-easy decisions to scale back & it's all for the best. I don't want you to lose your desire to craft (I just saw it happen to a friend in the past year where she got so burned out that she gave up crafting completely.) So that being said.......I'm happy for you! The release of pressure to create week after week has got to feel soooo good. Kind of bittersweet.......but good. Bless your heart!

Tracy this is one of the most beautiful cards I've seen in a while. Your creativity really shines through it. The details are spectacular and the coloring is so vivid.
I would be scared of that image, too........because I can't color at all! LOL! But wow, you did an amazing job on the shading. Stunning. And such a fabulous design, too. As always, your detailing just blows me away. Sorry that you're having to let some teams go, but I totally understand that sometimes it gets to be too much. You need some time to just chill-ax!

This is STUNNING Tracy! Your colouring is awesome and you have such an amazing talent for bringing a whole card or project together. I just LOVE your layouts and the way you coordinate everything...sigh...I'd like even a little of that talent lol I hope you frame this instead of giving it away...it's a beautiful piece of art. You did SUCH a lovely job!!! Stunning stunning shading...you have nothing to be scared of because you rock :) Were you a little scared to add the darker colour (I remember you saying this awhile ago)? You should try it!!!! But really an amazing job. But if you had mine blown up did you see the mistake?? HAHAHAHA!!! Sometimes I get so carried away I forget to colour bits haha.
