I've used "Celebrate" from Mo's store and colored it with my trusty Copics. I dedicated this card to my team mate Iulia because it reminded me so much of her amazing brightly colored cards. The girl has serious skills with those bold colors.

This card is delightful, Tracy. I can just feel their excitement and joy. The background papers and those awesome layers you do so well really add to the playfulness of this card. The stitching is a sweet detail. Love it!
Sorry to say this was not me on NYE - I was in bed at 9- this ole gal just can't stay awake till midnight.

Was that me??? LOL...umm, you bet; however I had a more subdued look to me as I laid horizontal on the couch, but on the inside, I was totally giddy.

Yep...that was me on New year's Eve...right before I went to bed at 10:45 pm! hehehe! Hey...it was already the next day in some parts of the world, so I said "wheet whoo...Happy New Year" and went to bed! I tell ya tho...I love this card!
