Sentiments at Catered Crop
This past Sunday started a brand new challenge at the Catered Crop with the theme of "Sentiments". I'm not really happy at all with this card. I don't really have too many sentiment only images, but I did find this cute "Chalkboard Memories" set from There She Goes. The card is super CAS, but I was honestly out of ideas for it so I just left it alone. I'm sure you all can come up with something much better to join in the challenge with.
Be back tomorrow with a fun card for the new Mo's Digital Pencil challenge.
Supplies:
Paper--Papermania "Happy Days", Recollections, Georgia Pacific, Copic XPress-it Blending card
Stamps--There She Goes Clear Stamps "Chalkboard Memories"
Ink-- Copics, Memento Tuxedo Black, Colorbox Jasmine
Miscellaneous--Recollections brads

It's very different from your usual style but I think it's so striking and gorgeous. The matting is very dramatic and emphasizes the clean lines. Love the idea of the chalkboard. It really showcases the wonderful sentiment beautifully. The piercing adds simple but effective detail.
The sentiment sells itself and I think it's perfect just like this. :)
You're so funny. What!? You don't like it. I love it - but then I love everything you do. Love how you put a chalkboard sentiment - on a chalkboard!
