Bake me a cake

Amen!  LOL  This chocoholic can certainly go for that proposition.  Meet Six Layer from Art Impressions vintage collection.
I spent many a day in my grandmothers kitchen while she whipped up cakes and all kinds of goodies.  She made sure I was there when she made a pound cake so I could lick the bowl.  This image brings back some great memories.  You can find it at Oozak.com.

Happy Monday!

Haha, what a great sentiment! And a great image to go along, and of course amazing coloring. I think you found the perfect papers for this little cutie, too.... very kitchen-y and homespun with the cherries and checks. Love the vintage doily you added, and the blocked design is adorable. Love it, my friend!

Oh, Tracy, what fun! Haha!! Love the sentiment! What a great layout and DP for her along with the doily! Remember my grandmother had lots of those!! And what a fun image beautifully colored! Oh, she's serious - time to bake up a storm! Gotta love her expression! Hugs, sweet friend!!

What a great image and sentiment....if only! I made a chocolate "depression" cake over the break. First cake from scratch I've ever made and homemade chocolate pudding. I loved the concept behind the cake and how they would cook with minimal ingredients were times were tough. It was a great tasting cake without milk, butter or eggs.
Your cards are INCREDIBLE!!!
