Christmas Penguin

My puter is back home.  He couldn't find anything wrong with it so I guess it was playing a trick on me.  NOT funny!  So now I get to take back the spanking new (expensive) tower I purchased just in case he told me it was dead.  I didn't even take it out of the box.  I was kind of disappointed that I wasn't getting a new toy, but I sure don't mind not having to pay that bill now.  LOL
So today I am sharing another Art Impressions card that I created with my Prismas.  Sorry for the yellow look of this photo.  Don't know what happened there.  The diagonal piece is actually an olive green color although it looks brown.

Are you ready for December?......cause here it comes!!!!
     Be blessed!

Supplies:
Paper--Fancy Pants "Home for Christmas", Bazzill, Recollections
Stamps--Art Impressions "Warm Your Heart set", sentiment from Hero Arts "Holiday Sayings"
Ink--Versafine Black Onyx
Tools--MFT Die-namics Fishtail Flags Stax
Miscellaneous--Simon Says Stamp Clear embossing powder

OMGosh, that is SO cute!! My son always loved penguins growing up, so I have a real soft spot for them... and this one is as cute as can be! Fabulous coloring job, as always! And I love the diagonal paper and banner strip at the top of the image panel. That is such a fun touch!

What a cute card. Very lovely. Color looks olive on my display. I find that the older I get, the more possessive I become of my money. More stamp money maybe?

LOL...no! I am so far from being ready for December and yet, EEEEK, it has arrived!! I have to celebrate our first Christmas in two weeks too and I am nowhere near ready for that one. So, instead of getting my act together, I come here to your blog to enjoy the wonderful humor and inspiration of your talents. When family asks why I dropped the ball on this holiday, I can smile and blame you..LOL! Kidding.
Big hugs to you and thank you for the Christmas motivation.

Well, that's good news that the computer is working again and that you can save the money by returning the new one. They are definitely a challenge (sort of a love-hate relationship with technology at times). But I just love this penguin, and they are the rage today! Love that you used the Prismas...beautiful! I still stick to my Copics having tried pencils. One day when I feel better I may try them again. I love the effect you've achieved, and what an adorable layout! Hugs!

Not sure whether to be happy or sad for you about your computer ... anyways it means you are still online and that's good! And what a great card ... that penguin sure looks like a smarty pants ... could have told you your computer wasn't broken huh?
