Chloe

Even though it's only mid January the Valentine products and cards are out in full force.  Today I'm sharing a card using stamps from Purple Onion Designs.
For my image panel I stamped part of the Birch Tree Background and added a little color to the bark with Copics.  Next I stamped the sweet Chloe bunny, masked her and stamped part of the birch trees again.  I guess it's kind of a spotlight technique although I did add a little color to the background.

Copics Used:
bunny E31, E33, E35, E51, R20, R30
clothing R37
trees W1, W5
grass YG17, YG23, YG25
flower Y15, TR68, YG97

How are your Valentine makes coming along?  Hope your week is fannnn-tastic!

Supplies:
Paper--Crate Paper "Party Day", Bazzill, Recollections, Copic XPress-it Blending card
Stamps--Purple Onion Designs Chloe and Birch Tree Background from Stacey Yacula's A Beautiful Day collection, sentiment from her Sweet Occasions collection
Ink--Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamark
Tools--Lil' Inker Designs "From the Hearts" dies

A lovely card and the technique works beautifully with this image. I've never tried this so I might have to give it a go. Love the colour palette too.

Valentine cards in 'full force' is the best way to do it. Just bum rush us!! I LOVE this card. One of the most fun techniques is what you've done here. It's like looking through binoculars and going in for a close up. This is WONDERFUL, H.
Big hugs,
