Who's behind door #1

Art Impressions has some new Mini Tryfold sets out and today I'm sharing the Magical Christmas set.
I like using the stamps and dies to create layers for dimension as well as interaction.  Isn't it amazing how Santa fits in every chimney no matter what size.  LOL

I'm neck deep in preparations for a fundraising benefit this weekend for a beautiful young single mother of five kids under 8 who's battling cervical cancer.  Please pray that everything goes well and me and my church family can bless this treasure and her family.
     Have a blessed day!

Paper--Simple Stories "Handmade Holiday", Recollections, Copic XPress-it Blending card
Stamps--Art Impressions "Magical Christmas"
Ink--Simon Says Stamp Intense Black, Versamark, Copics
Tools--Quickutz Nesting Circle dies, accompanying dies
Miscellaneous--Simon Says Stamp white embossing powder

  1. Tracy this is so gorgeous with that opening door! Sneaky Santa coming down the chimney! My kiddos have often wondered how he enters ours. The seem quite happy about the 'master key' explanation, as we've no fireplace! LOL. Love the plaid paper on this fabulous card too. Gorgeous CAS design with such a wonderful surprise when you open the door! Hugs, Wends xoxo

  2. Wonderful card, my friend! I love the gorgeous plaid paper, and the door that opens! All the best with your fundraiser! I pray it will be a blessing to all involved! :o)

  3. My goodness, that is SUCH a sweet card! I absolutely love the peekaboo effect of those tryfold stamps! Such a fun surprise for the recipient! I am so sorry to hear about your church friend. I know she appreciates everything you do!
    Good luck on your fundraising!

  4. Oh how adorable! A cute hidden scene on this card will give a surprise! Love it.

  5. What a cute and fun card and then the big surprise when you open the door. I could just see kids being so thrilled with the big reveal.
Love that amazing plaid paper too.
I hope your fundraiser goes well and the outcome for the young mom is positive.

  6. This is totally cute! Oh I adore the little window, great coloring and darling paper.

  7. Tracy, I pray that it all goes well with your benefit for the young mother. Sending prayers your way.

  8. OMG This is fabulous!!! I adore the little door and the scene and once again your colouring is imacculate!

  9. Your card is just beautiful! I just love how you did the door! The Try Folds and MTF's are some of my favorite stamps from Ai! I look forward to seeing your cards.
I do hope that your fundraiser went well. I am a cervical cancer survivor. I have been free of it since 2009. I wish her well.
