A bit of houndstooth

Where does the time go these days!  It's Friday again so it's time for some Stamping Bella goodness.  Last week's challenge was to use paper piecing.  I have to admit I don't do this a lot.  I'm rather a color-aholic.  LOL  However, when I picked out the yellow paper for "Uptown Girl Lolly and her Brolly" and saw the houndstooth paper in the same pad I new she had to have some matching boots and a brolly done it that.  Isn't it fun!
As usual you can't see the wonderful Wink of Stella glitter pen I added to her raincoat or the Glossy Accents I covered her boots with OR the pretty faux stitched border on the curved pieces.  sigh.......

Copics Used:
skin E000, E00, E1, E13, R20, R22, R30
hair E31, E33, E35, E39
flower  Y11, Y21, YR23,
pot E93, E97, E99

The inside of the card has a little more of that awesome houndstooth paper and the sentiment that comes with Lolly.

Jump on over to Blogabella to see what my amazing Bella sisters have come up with.  The challenge for next week is this fun sketch.

Come play along!  I sure hope you guys are keeping your eyes peeled for all the new goodies Em is going to be debuting at Stamping Bella.  I've gotten a sneak peek of a couple and you are going to LOVE them for sure.
Have a fabulous and blessed weekend!
