Have you got great plans for the weekend? Looks like everybody around here needs to put theirs on hold. I think we're in for a nasty rainy few days. Not these two though.
It's Stamping Bella's Bellarific Friday which means new cards and a new challenge. I've used Ramona and Teddy in a balloon for my card. Last week's challenge was to use this sketch.
Don't know what's up lately but you may have noticed that I have been fussy cutting the images on most of my cards. I added a bit of stitching to the wood grain panel and cut the clouds, ribbon and bow with stitched edge dies. The balloon is covered in Wink of Stella and some Stickles on the dots and I threw in a few sequins for fun.
I used the accompanying sentiment on the inside of the card.

I love your fussy cut images! And as always, LOVE your coloring, too! I really like how you split the paper on the background... makes it look like ground and sky. And the clouds and sequins are the perfect touch. Loving that sparkly wink of stella, too!

Now that is precious! I think the sentiment is wonderful and my little eye did spy your stitching. I had that same dad-blasted problem last week with my sewing machine where the stitch I picked was on the reverse side of the material. I flipped the bobbin and everything....LOL. I'm sure I gave the neighbors a show as my sewing table is in front of the window. This card is wonderful and I love the extra bling of sequins too.
