I just LOVE this crazy fish. He's from Art Impressions Deep Breath Birthday set.
I stamped and fussy cut he and the cake after coloring them. He's popped up on foam tape and so is the candle part of the cake and the sentiment. I added some vellum to soften the blue paper and some Distress ink sand. The bubbles were created with Glossy Accents.

Those cheeks are puffed up for blowing all those candles out. I like the colors you used on your fish and cake, and the white polka dots you added to the fish. Clear bubbles are cool too! Hugs, Geri
LOL, so sassy! This is so cute and funny, Tracy! Love the vellum background and the glossy accents bubbles! Makes such a great underwater scene. And fabulous coloring and cutting on the fish and cake, too!
Love the details here - like your glossy bubbles and the added vellum and sand. The image is too funny and love how you colored everything up. Not if there would be any icing left after the "blow out";) Hugs
Awww... cute!
Hee hee! This is so funny and fantastically done! Love that puffed up fish!
