The Kraft Journal Challenge #26

This weeks theme at The Kraft Journal is Patriotic/Americana.  For my card I've used a Brown Kraft Coverweight cardstock base and added some patriotic designer papers layered on top of some 7 Gypsies Venice Gaffer Tape.  Next I added a 7 Gypsies Mini Gypsy Ephemera Label, a Scalloped Grungy Prim Tag with a 7 Gypsies Steampunk Time Rubbing and an accordion rosette made of the Brown Kraft cardstock.  On top of the rosette I added a button with some Dark Jewel Hemp Cord.  The sentiment was stamped with  a stamp from the Sentiment Cling Rubber Stamp set onto Buff Ivory Cover Weight cardstock.  Lastly I added some 7 Gypsies Victoria Seam Binding scrunched up on the bottom of the card.  All the paper pieces were inked with Vintage Photo.
Lets see your Patriotic/Americana projects at The Kraft Journal.  Link your submission up by 6:00 p.m. EST on Sunday for your chance at Top Three picks, Feature Me Friday, and the monthly $15.00 store voucher from Kraft Outlet.
Bet we all know a few men and women who could use a "Thank You" for their service to this country.
Happy Monday and Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July to you Tracy! We had our Canada Day celebration on Friday! I do enjoy the red/white combination we have but I love the addition of the blue. In fact that's the decor of my family room! Your card is fabulous, and beautifully appropriate! :o)
