Something to rejoice about

     I really do have something to rejoice about today.  You see, last week my friend Dorcas asked me the silliest question, and I mean THE silliest question.  She wanted to know if I would be interested in joining the design team for Mo's Digital Pencil.  Uh.........YEAH!  And of course that's just what I told her, so today I officially join the group of extremely talented ladies who make up Mo's Design Team.  It's a pleasure and an honor to be joining such talent and a pure joy to get to work with and showcase Mo's images.  I've been a fan for a looonnng time and the idea of becoming a DT member was a little speck of hope in the back of my mind that I hoped to maybe have a chance at in the future.  To have it come to pass just tickles me to death.  I know I just gave you all a chuckle with that quaint little southern saying.  I could really zap you with some doozies, but I control myself so you don't know just how big a country bumpkin I am.  LOL
     So, for my first Mo's Digital Pencil Design Team creation I have chosen to use "Georgia" for the "Anything Goes' challenge this week.  She is the perfect image to express how I feel.  :-)  I've colored her with Copics and created the card with some bright and cheery Crate Paper DP.  Mo has described her as a gypsy girl in the store.  That description kind of made me curious about gypsies so I had to google of course.  I learned quite a bit I didn't know about this group of people.  I do that a lot--google a topic.  Makes me a pretty mean Jeopardy player.  LOL  Yes, country bumpkins can be ed-yur-cated too.  LOL
     Oh boy have I digressed, so let's get back to the important stuff.  Once again, this weeks challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil is Anything Goes.  You must use a Mo image to play, but who wouldn't want too.  They're so fun to color!  There's an optional sketch too if you'd like.  Make sure you check out all the great inspiration from the other DT girls.  They'll all have something special to dazzle you with.  A special thanks to Dorcas and the wonderful Pat Frank for giving me this opportunity and to Mo for drawing such amazing images to work with.
