Well, it's Mabelle Tuesday. I have a card today using one of her Whimsy and Stars Studio images called "Coffee Girl". Now personally I can't even stand the smell of coffee. GASP!! I know I just offended the sensibilities of you coffee connoisseurs but I'm just not a coffee person. I do enjoy a good cup of tea but with the temperatures we had today (94!) I think I'd rather have ICED tea in that cup. LOL Yummmm that sounds really good right now. We have a local catfish restaurant that used to serve your tea in little aluminum cups. It keeps that tea so cold. I imagine I've offended yet another group of friends who live across the pond and take their tea very seriously. Hope you'll all forgive my lack of beverage etiquette. LOL
So Coffee Girl is not overly embellished. I have a really hard time when I use papers like these Primas. I just can't hardly stand to cover them up. I cut the 6 x 6 sheet into smaller squares and zig zag stitched them to the cream mat panel. A few flowers and a little cheesecloth (your fave Alyce!!) and I left it at that.
I'd like to enter this card at :

Hope you like her. Wish I could sit down and share a cup with you all. have a wonderful Tuesday!

She sure is a sweetie, Tracy...especially surrounded by all those soft, pretty papers!!
Wooohoo! Love the cheesecloth ;) hehehe. Doesn't it just make everything seem so good when you are using it? LOL! Another stunning creation Tracy! I love the cute image (these are fast becoming my faves from you - too adorable!) and the zig zag stitching adds a really nice touch. Did you see my cased card? :D xx
*gasp* No coffee? lol You sound like my youngest daughter! When she was at home and had to empty the dishwasher...she would put all the coffee cups on the counter! Then she would take a deep breath and hold it as she quickly slammed all the cups into the stinky coffee cupboard! haha
Your card is BEAUTIFUL! The image is so sweet and just perfect for the pretty Prima paper! :o)
Your card is just gorgeous...wonderful colours you´ve used :0)))

Love this card...& I'm not the least offended by your lack of "beverage" etiquette!! LOL When we go out fishing & stop for shore lunch we drink Bailey's Irish Cream out of tin cups....those blue ones with the white spots all over them! MMMMM fresh pickeral & Baileys...life is good!! Would love to share a cup of tea with you & I could show you all my pictures of Ireland...then you would really want to go for a trip!I knew you must have Irish blood in you somewhere! Hugs,
