What a Hoot!

It's a "Stars" theme this week at the Catered Crop.  For my card I've used some star DP from October Afternoon and added a couple of handmade chipboard stars that were inked and embossed with clear embossing powder.
I absolutely LOVE owls and this little cutie is from 2 Cute Ink. Heidi Schwoerer draws some of the most adorable little characters.  This hootie was a freebie a while back, but you can find him in her store.  I have several more of these digis I hope to share with you soon.
It's a bit dreary and rainy here today, but this sweetie makes me smile and I hope he makes you smile too.  You have about a week and a half to get in on my blogaversary candy draw if you haven't already.  Another thanks to my newest followers.  ☺
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Cards in Envy--polka dots and/or stripes
Created with Love--things that fly
Digi Makeover--anything goes
Mojo Monday--sketch
Allsorts--things with wings
Sweet Stampin'--stars and stripes
Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge--3-2-1 (3 circles, 2 stars, 1 button)

     Have a fantastic Tuesday!

Supplies:  Paper--Simple Stories "Awesome", October Afternoon "5 & Dime", Kraft Outlet Brown Kraft cardstock and chipboard, Recollections, Copic XPress-it Blending card; Stamp--2 Cute Ink "Night Owl", sentiment from There She Goes Clear Stamps "You're a Hoot"; Ink--Copics, Versamark, Micron pen; Tools--Nestabilities Standard Circles, MFT Die-namics Fishtail Banners, Sizzix Stars #2; Miscellaneous--Kraft Outlet Black Twill Tape and Hang Tag String, button from my stash, Stampendous Clear embossing powder

What wonderful details you have in your card. Love the design paper as well as the chip board stars all topped off with a button. Are the circles embossed? I see an inner circle and really like that element. Thank you so much for playing along with us at Cards in Envy. I hope you will join us again on our next challenge.
