Cupcake Fairy

     Today I have a special project to share with you for Stamp It Saturday with Penny Black.  You can find lots and lots of Mo Manning adorable images done in runner from Penny Black, just like this one "40-367 Cupcake".

     The image was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics.  I trimmed the image on a diagonal and popped it up on foam.  Before I did that I used a little Distress ink to create some color behind the image on the card base.

Doggone Sweet

     More Valentine sweetness from Mo's Digital Pencil.  This image is called Hug.  Don't they make the cutest couple.  I added a die cut for part of the sentiment, stamped the other as well as a few little hearts here and there.

On a snowball

     Today marks the very first challenge for Mo's Digital Pencil in 2016.  We've done a little rearranging and now all of Mo's designers are part of her Dream Team.  I will be taking over as Coordinator of the Challenge Blog and we will be making ALL of Mo's challenges this year "Anything Goes".  We want to make it super easy for you to play along.

A pink Christmas

     Nothing like babies at Christmas is there.  This cutie is the rubberstamp version of Mo Manning's I even love the box from Stamping Bella.  You can also find it in Mo's digital store here.

     The new challenge is up at Mo's Digital Pencil.  You can choose to make an Anything Goes creation with a Mo's image or to use our optional theme of Non-traditional Christmas.

     The image is colored with Copics and the sentiment was created with four die cut layers.  The top layer was colored with a Copic marker to match and covered with Stickles.  There's Wink of Stella on that pretty green bow too.

Snow Pals

     A little more wintery crafting for today.  For this card I've used Mo's Snow Pals in the rubberstamp form from Stampingbella.  I also used my Prismacolor pencils again.  The snowflake hanger was cut three times and layered for some depth.

Miles

     sigh...I can never get my dark green and brown papers to show up well in my photos.  At least the rest of the card is true to color.  You know sometimes you just need to mix things up a bit in your crafting.  I've never had any formal training in art so my cards are always going to be my attempts to use the tips and techniques I've learned from others to the best of my ability.

     I'm a huge fan of Jane Allen's pencil work and decided to pull mine out for a play.  I picked up some actual "Gamsol" at Hobby Lobby recently and I think it makes blending much better than the stuff I was using before.

     So....the above is my attempt to color Mo's adorable Miles in Winter, which I stamped with the rubberstamp form from Stamping Bella, with Prismacolor pencils.  You can also find him in digital form in Mo's store.

     I was trying to match the colors of the papers so I made the scarf gray.  I think it would have looked better in the green.

Santa Louis

The stores aren't sure if they want to put out stuff for just one holiday or two.  LOL  It's never to early to start stocking your Christmas card stash, so I decided to add Santa Louis to mine.  Louis was stamped with the rubberstamp version from Stamping Bella for this card. but you can also find him in Mo's digital store.  He and Bronte look like they're ready for some Christmas hijinks.

Let the cold wind blow

     Today I am sharing a card using Mo Manning's Season's Greetings.  The image is available in digital form from Mo's Digital Pencil and will be available in just a few days in rubberstamp form from Stamping Bella.

     I created the background with Distress inks.  The trees and birds are a die set from Impression Obsession.  After I glued the trees down I used my dotty stamp to create a snowfall with embossing powder.  A Lawn Fawn border die created the snow bank.  The image was fussy cut and also stamped the the dotty stamp and embossed.

Penguin Christmas Pal

Sharing another sneaky peek from Stamping Bella today.  This is Maggie with penguin from Mo Manning.  For my card I used some die cut trees and snow banks to created a background.  A little white ink was sponged on the trees for a snow effect.

Spoiled

     It's been a LONG time since I've made a frou frou card, but just look at that face.  Could I do anything but?   The image is Mo Manning's Spoiled which you can find in Mo's store and now.....in RUBBER! from Stamping Bella.  She's part of the big new release from SB that we're sneaky peeking this week.

     I broke out LOTS of dies for her.  The flower petals were accented with Distress ink.  I colored the foliage with Copics and the butterflies were layered on vellum and then given a dab of paint for their bodies.
