Top Dog

     Art Impressions has done it again with a new kind of interactive stamp and die set.  Dog Mouthful is one of the new Mouthful sets.

     The accompanying dies allow you to add cuts in your images where different elements can be added.  Here I've added a tongue and a bone in the pups mouth after using the die to cut the opening.

Mason Jar of Flowers

     Mason Jar of Flowers is one of the newest releases from Stamping Bella.  I decided to use it to create my card with last week's Mojobella sketch.  I also used the matching die set.

Gini

     I bet we can all think of a time when we wish we had a genie in a bottle to grant us a wish.  Well this is the closest I've ever gotten.  LOL Little Gini is one of Mo's latest creations.  I've colored her up to match these rather psychedelic looking papers for a fun card.

Puddles

     We are all about dogs at my house.  Two lab puppies that weigh 65 pounds a piece and have the energy of ten dogs sure makes life interesting.  LOL

     For my card I've used the adorable Puddles from Purple Onion Designs.  He looks like a very well behaved dog doesn't he.  I die cut the tag and then some red cardstock to shadow it.  Then I die cut a bunch of circles in different sizes for a whimsical look.  I added a bit of doodling and some Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents to the little circles and hearts.  He's ready to brighten someone's special day.  Oh by the way, he was colored with Prismas.

Emmy had a little lamb

Wow!  It's June already and it's also the first Thursday of the month so it's time for a brand new challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil.  Our theme is "Anything Goes with a Mo image OR Baby, Baby, Baby".  For my card I've used the precious Emmy with Lamb.  Once again my camera is making chocolate brown look like black.  The DP was pretty loud so I layered it with some vellum to tone it down a bit.

Birds and the Bees and happy news

     Hello sweet friends!  Today I have some happy news to share with you.  I have been a fan of the adorable Stacey Yacula images from Purple Onion Designs for quite a while.  They're whimsical and sweet and super fun to design with.

     Recently I was contacted by the owner of POD, Michele, and asked if I would like to do some guest designing with her upcoming stamp release. You betcha I did!!!  Then to sweeten the deal she asked if I would like to join the DT.  YES!!!!! (insert fist pump here)  I'm so excited to be designing with these fantastic stamps.

     So today and Monday the DT is going to be introducing you to the new stamps.  Make sure you pop over to the Purple Onion Designs blog because there are going to be several wonderful giveaways both there and on some of the DT blogs for this new release.  And I mean wonderful!---like the entire release wonderful---YOWZA!  The giveaways will run through 12:00 AM EST Sunday and the winners will be announced shortly afterwards.

Sweet Peggy

     My apologies for not being around to visit lately.  I have been beyond busy.  Hoping to catch up with you all in the next few days.

     Today I'm sharing a card using the adorable Peggy from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I really have to wonder some times if Mo and I know the same little blue-eyed girl cause she sure does look just like the daughter of a friend of mine and that makes creating birthday cards for her extra special.

     You can't really see it but the heart on her shirt is nice and twinkly with some Wink of Stella.

Babies, babies everywhere

Don't know about where you live but we seem to have new babies popping up every week or two.  The DT at Mo's Digital Pencil has had a baby of their own arrive on the scene.  Our lovely and talented Franz recently gave birth to a handsome little boy named Filippo.  We decided to throw her a virtual baby shower over at the Clubhouse blog.  You can find our cards posted there throughout the week and some adorable pictures of the new little Italian heart throb.

We're also hosting a new contest.  Bet you can't guess what the theme is.....

Today I'm sharing a card with you using Mo's precious Peaches.  I've tried to dress her up in some pretty springs flowers.  I added an embossed sentiment and if you look closely you can see the Wink of Stella sparkle on the butterflies.

Bedelia for Easter

     How about a beautiful bunny for Stamping Bella's Bellarific Friday.  This is Bedelia the Bunny.  I used another of the Bedelia stamps when the collection was first revealed for my daughters birthday.  This one will be for her Easter.  I've used last weeks sketch challenge:

   Once again I used some blending solution on a terry towel to create her textured fur.  The little butterflies were fussy cut from the paper collection.  The leaves under the daisies look super dark but they're not IRL.
